All payments are conducted securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. We do not have access to any card or payment information provided by you. For more information on the security of your information when using PayPal, click here.


Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description.

We do not refund for change of mind purchases. If there is a problem with your order or product, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Please do not return any goods without contacting us and obtaining an authorization to return them.

Colour Variations

The product or fabric colours shown on this website may vary due to how different screens show colour. Colours of fabrics may also vary from dye lot to dye lot. If you require an exact match it is advisable to supply a sample for matching. We do not refund if the colour chosen is not as you expected.

Postage and Handling

Postage is based on actual postage costs charged by Australia Post. The automatic website calculator does not account for multiple items fitting in a smaller post pack. We will always refund any overcharge via PayPal. All items larger than a letter size are posted using trackable Australia Post services but these do not include insurance but can be added if required. Signature on Delivery is an option in the shopping cart.

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit, but are happy to provide tracking numbers and posting information to lodge an enquiry/ claim with Australia Post.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. We cannot be responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.

International Orders are posted using Australia Post. Please contact should you require insurance on your parcel. Details of estimated delivery times are available on the Australia Post website. We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit, but are happy to provide tracking numbers and posting information to lodge an inquiry/ claim with Australia Post.

GST for International Customers

International customers are not charged GST when the products are shipped to an address outside of Australia. The GST component is manually adjusted and refunded to your PayPal account.

Block of the Month and Fabric Pack of the Month

When you subscribe/register for these packs, you are committing to purchasing the full pack/subscription as detailed. If you are unable to fulfil these obligations, please contact us to discuss. We may be able to provide an alternative payment plan. These subscriptions cannot be cancelled if you change your mind after the first package has been posted.
